1. Pilgrims
coming from places infected with yellow fever or meningitis are requested to
present vaccination certificates against these diseases translated into
either Arabic or English. |

It is forbidden for any pilgrim to carry foodstuff, with the exception
of pilgrims coming by land who may carry food in small amounts. |
|
3.
Pilgrims are advised to ensure they have the necessary vaccinations
against epidemic desiases. |
|
4.
It is advisable to have a small mask especially for those suffering form
breathing difficulties. |
|
5.
It is advisable to wear white or light colored clothes as a means of
protection against the Heat of the Sun. |
|
6.
It is important to avoid exposure to the sun and to avoid sunstroke. It
is also advisable to carry an umbrella as additional shelter against the
Sun. |
|
7.
It is useful to drink a lot of water. An average of 3 liters a day is
recommended. |
8.
It is important to abstain from eating food that has not been kept
fresh. Avoid eating fatty meals as mush as possible |
|
